Our clients often consider our administration team to be a back-office support system for their HR professionals. After designing and deciding on your benefits plan options, Front Range Insurance Group will assign a dedicated Account Manager and service team who will provide ongoing assistance to your Human Resources department throughout the entire design and implementation process and on an ongoing basis. Our claims advocate and service team routinely assist employees and dependents with a wide variety of benefit issues, such as eligibility questions, claim issues, general benefit questions, COBRA issues and more.
