Frequently Asked Questions (click to go to the answer)

Things to do if you are in an accident:

1. Remain at the Scene.
2. Contact the police and, if necessary, medical services; ask a passing motorist to call if you cannot
3. Gather the following:
  • Date, time and location of the accident
  • Name, address and phone number of insurance information of the driver and owner (if different) of other vehicle
  • Year, make, model and license plate number of other vehicle
  • Name, address and phone number of any passengers or witnesses
Steps to filing a claim:

Accidents don't always happen during "normal business hours." That's why FRIG offers claim reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When a loss occurs, call the toll free number on your Premier Service Card (Allied Customers) or your ID Card . A representative will take your loss report and immediately begin the claim adjustment process while you're on the phone.

REMEMBER Representatives of FRIG are always available to consult with you regarding your claim in any NONEMERGENCY situation.

Adding a child with a permit:

It's a good idea to let your agent know when you have a child about to become a driver in the household. Some companies want the driver under a permit listed immediately while others provide a 30 day time frame to list a driver with a new license. Your agent will be glad to discuss available discounts and the financial impact of a youthful operator to your auto policy.
